Dream Bigger Foundation was founded in 2025 by Logan Whitcomb and his mother, Jaymee Borelli, with a simple but powerful vision: every adult with developmental disabilities deserves friendship, community, and the chance to celebrate life together.
As a mother-son team, we saw a need in the Tampa Bay area for inclusive social opportunities designed specifically for adults with Down syndrome, autism, and other developmental differences. Too often, these incredible individuals are isolated or have limited options for connection and community.
Together, we decided to do something about it. Dream Bigger creates the spaces, programs, and experiences that change that—bringing people together and building the community everyone deserves.
We welcome adults (18+) with:
Down syndrome
Autism spectrum disorders
Intellectual and developmental disabilities
Other developmental differences
Family members, caregivers, and allies are always welcome too.

Dream Bigger Foundation, Inc. is a Florida nonprofit corporation founded in 2025. We have applied for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status with the IRS and expect approval in 2026. Once approved, all donations will be tax-deductible.
